Before the Congress
Online Participant’s Zone & Agenda*
Online Participant’s Zone is a platform on which you will be able to download the Participation Certificate. You will receive an email with a link to the Zone and individual access data.
Agenda – we strongly advise you to download the mobile application or to print out the PDF version of agenda (available on the website) by yourself

Attention! Print out detailed agenda WILL NOT be distributed at the Congress.

Car park
Hotel Gołębiewski has a paid guarded car park with 250 spots.
Parking is additionally paid (also for hotel guests), 50 PLN/ day or 4 PLN for every started hour.
The payment is to be made in the hotel reception, before leaving the parking lot.
Within 350m from the hotel there are public car parks, also paid ones.

from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival
until 12:00 on the day of departure
Conference reception working hours
Thursday, May 16th, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 17th, 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 18th, 7:30 a.m. – 2:40 p.m.
Conference payment on the spot
Payment on the spot is possible only by card (VISA and Mastercard) or in cash.
Catering Zone
Lunches and dinners are served in Red Restaurant in Hotel Gołębiewski.
Basic Congress Participant’s fee includes:
- coffee breaks,
- lunches on May 16th and 17th,
- (only full package) dinners on May 16th and 17th.
In case of packages without dinner, there is a possibility of additional purchase of dinner on a chosen day. The price of 1 dinner is 150 PLN net/ 184,50 PLN gross (includes 23% VAT).
Formal Inauguration
We cordially invite you to the Formal Inauguration of the Congress, which will take place in the aula of the Medical University of Bialystok (Jana Kilińskiego 1 Street, Bialystok).

Concert
After the Inauguration Session of the Congress, we invite you to participate in the concert BIAŁOSTOCKI UNPLUGGED by Alicja Grabowska Band, which will take place in the aula of the Medical University of Bialystok.
BIAŁOSTOCKI UNPLUGGED – is a musical story about the pre-war Białystok, the people of music and film of interbellum connected Bialystok, shown through the prism of Zygmunt Białostocki’s work, for whom Bialystok was a city of his childhood and early adulthood.
After the Congress
Participant’s certificate
Certificates will be issued only in the electronic version and will be available for download in Online Participant’s Zone after the Congress. Only participants present at the Congress will receive the certificate.
For participation in the Congress, 21 educational points will be awarded for the professional development of doctors and dentists (Ordinance of the Ministry of Health of 06.10.2004 Journal of Laws No. 231, item 2326).
Laboratory diagnosticians will be awarded 12 educational points (Resolution No. 172/VI/2024 of the National Laboratory Diagnostics Council of April 22, 2024).
