Posters

Before using the poster submission form, make sure that the poster meets the technical criteria given on this page and check the code of your abstract on the list of abstracts qualified for poster presentation.

Posters will be presented on FHD monitors with a large diagonal, as well as in the Online Participant Zone. The possibility to view posters will also be available in the mobile application (applies only to registered Congress participants). The Zone will remain accessible for participants until 3 months after the end of the Congress.

Rules for preparing posters:
  • PPT/PPTX, PDF file format (presentations should not contain videos, animations or transitions),
  • maximum number of slides/pages: 4
  • horizontal orientation in 16:9 aspect ratio, recommended resolution 1920 x 1080 px (example of a blank PowerPoint presentation: https://immunologia2024.pl/dokumenty/Prezentacja1920x1080.pptx),
  • minimum font:  size 8 (for 1920 x 1080 resolution),
  • the file size of the electronic poster cannot exceed 10 MB,
  • posters must be submitted using the form by May 12, 2024 r.
