The abstract submission process has been completed.
We would like to inform you that abstracts accepted for presentation during the Congress, whose authors give appropriate consent, will be published in the special electronic issue of the journal: Central European Journal of Immunology.
Forms of abstract presentation
- Oral Presentation – oral presentation of an abstract with a slide show presentation. Speech time max. 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion)
Presentation of reports for authors from Poland takes place in Polish. Please prepare your slides also in Polish. In the case of foreign authors, the language of presentation is English.

Technical guidelines for preparing a summary
- Language: English*
- Documents in Microsoft WORD format: *doc, *docx
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Line spacing: max. 1.5 lines
- Maximum number of characters for valid abstract content: 1800 (including spaces)
*Condition of publication in”Central European Journal of Immunology”.
Structural requirements for the submitted abstract
Below the abstract, please include information about the conflict of interest regarding each author.
The summary should contain the following elements in the order listed:
- The topic(s) on which the abstract is submitted (see below for a list of topics)
- Title of the abstract
- List of authors, presenting author underlined
- Affiliation
- Content of the summary. Typically, the proper content of the summary should include the following sections: INTRODUCTION, AIM, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS, CONCLUSIONS
- Information about the conflict of interest of the author(s).
- Information whether the work has already been presented at the PTIDiK Congress
- Information whether the work will be submitted to Young Scientists’ Papers Contest (applies to reports in which at least the presenting author is under 35 years of age)
- Consent/no consent to the publication of the summary in “Central European Journal of Immunology”.

Validation check
In order to speed up the acceptance process and avoid errors, please follow the list below when checking the correctness of your application:
- The abstract complies with technical guidelines, in particular the content of the abstract does not exceed 1,800 characters with spaces.
- The abstract contains all parts specified in the structural requirements.
- The names of the authors and their affiliations were provided correctly and the appropriate presenting person was marked.
- The text contained in the abstract is complete and does not contain errors.
- The abstract contains information about the conflict of interest of the author(s).
- The abstract contains information whether the work has already been presented at the PTIDiK Congress.
- If you wish to submit your work to the Young Scientists’ Work Competition, the abstract contains an appropriate declaration.
- If you are interested in publication in the “Central European Journal of Immunology”, the abstract contains the appropriate consent.
Conditions for qualifying abstracts for poster or oral presentation
- Abstracts submitted only in electronic form by the date specified on the closing date of the abstract registration process, meeting the technical, structural and thematic requirements specified above, will be reviewed. Until the closing date of registration, it is possible to correct the abstract and re-submit a new version.
- When submitting an abstract, you can choose your preferred presentation method, but for organizational reasons, the final decision on accepting the abstract and qualifying it for poster or oral presentation is made by the Scientific Committee. This decision will be sent to the person submitting the abstract electronically.
- The list of qualified works and their authors will be published by April
1524, 2024 on this website along with a detailed schedule for the presentation of works and the necessary technical and logistical information regarding their presentation . - The condition for presenting the work is to register and pay for participation in the Congress with at least the author indicated as presenting the work.
