Packages with accommodation
If there are free places, you can purchase a participation package with accommodation in the Conference Center – Hotel Gołębiewski**** (https://www.golebiewski.pl/bialystok/). Appropriate options are available in the registration form. The package includes 3 or 2 nights with breakfast, respectively on May 15-18 or 16-18, 2024.
Note: It is not possible to book accommodation directly at the hotel.
Hotel check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
Parking is subject to an additional fee (gross prices December 2023: PLN 40/day).

Notes:
- The actual reservation of a place in the hotel (like a place at the Congress) takes place only after registering the appropriate payment.
- In the case of online registration, the place in the hotel is initially blocked for a period of up to 7 days from the moment of bookingthe accommodation package. During this period, a payment appropriate to the selected package should be made. In the event of non-payment, seats are automatically released to other reservations. If it is not possible to organize the Congress on-site, the payment or overpayment will be refunded within 30 days from the publication of the decision to change the form of the conference.
- People who have paid the basic registration fee can extend the period of initial free hotel room blocking (up to March 31, 2024) by directly contacting Organizing Office. If it is possible to extend the reservation free of charge, confirmation of the reservation extension will be sent by e-mail to the address provided in the registration form.
- Using the registration form, it is not possible to purchase a package with a place in a double room – entire rooms are available for sale. If you wish to book a shared room for 2 participants who know each other, please contact Organizing Office. Change of accommodation options, resignation from accommodation or participation in the Congress of any person booking a room together results in the release of the entire room or the need for the other person to pay an additional fee for the full room.
