Registration and fee
Before registering, please read the terms and conditions of participation in detail. It is possible to register only one person using the form. If you want to register a larger group of people, we encourage you to contact the Organizing Office.

*Attention! Honorary members of PTIDiK are exempt from the registration fee. Please provide appropriate information in the comments on the registration form or contact the Organizing Office.
** The reduced fee is available to students up to 26 years of age, in the final years of medicine or other fields of study related to the subject of the Congress, with a valid student ID. (The fee covers only catering offered during coffee breaks, it does not include full catering offered during the Congress).
Participant Package contents:
The registration fee includes:
- participation in scientific sessions,
- admission to the medical exhibition,
- 3-month access to the Internet Participant Zone containing materials in electronic form,
- electronic certificate of participation,
- coffee breaks provided for in the program,
- lunch 16 and 17.05.2024 (does not apply to students),
- in addition, it is possible to buy dinner on 16 and 17.05.2024 or buy a full package with dinners.
The price of a one-day package (except for the Saturday package) includes lunch for a given day and in any case does not include dinner (it can be purchased additionally).

Booking a package with accommodation*
Booking a package with accommodation
The surcharge for the package with accommodation at the Golebiewski Hotel includes 3 nights with breakfast between 15-18.05.2024 or 2 nights between 16-18.05.2024. Parking is charged extra.
- Single room: 430,50 PLN/day
- Additional fee for a double room: 123 PLN/day
*Please note that the surcharge amount – like other published prices, it includes 23% VAT, it is not invoiced as a separate accommodation service.
Accompanying events
In the case of organizing accompanying events, the Organizer provides for the possibility of purchasing additional tickets. The Organizer hereby declares that participation in non-substantive activities will not be financed from funds from member companies of INFARMA, Chamber POLMED or MedTech Polska.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons do not have access to the educational and exhibition area of the Congress. In the case of organizing accompanying events and separate catering zones, the Organizer provides for the possibility of purchasing additional tickets or meals for accompanying persons. The Organizer hereby declares that the participation of accompanying persons will not be financed from the funds from the member companies of INFARMA, the POLMED Chamber or MedTech Polska.
Changes to registrations and reservations, corrections of invoices
In the following cases: the necessity to issue and send a duplicate invoice or invoice correction (unless it is related to the resignation from participation in the Conference), changes in the payer of the booked services or data of the registered person made after the payment has been registered, a handling fee of 70 PLN is charged for each such incident.
Payment processing
The amounts given are gross amounts (including 23% VAT).
The fee should be paid only after receiving confirmation of registration for the conference, by transfer to the bank account of the Organizing Office:

Please fill out your payer details carefully when registering. In the case of a payer other than the one provided in the registration data, please provide appropriate information before making the payment. It may not be possible to change the payer later.
The invoice is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided during registration. The recipient can print the invoice themselves or collect the paper original during the conference. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form earlier, please select the appropriate option in the registration form and complete the address details to which the invoice is to be sent. The invoice is then sent by Poczta Polska letter to the given address.
Payment on site is possible in cash and by VISA or Mastercard.
